We do not operate automatic checkouts or shopping trolleys as we prefer to deal with our customers directly to enable us to provide a personally tailored service.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card over the telephone or electronic bank transfer
Prices do not include delivery, there will an additional charge to cover the cost of postage & packing.
UK delivery for small items will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed next day by 1pm. The cost includes insurance for loss or damage during transit, depending on the size, weight and value of the item the cost will be £10 - £20
Overseas and large items would be subject to individual arrangement with the customer
In accordance with the 'online and distance selling' regulations you can change your mind and return items up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund. If the goods are mis described or damaged a full refund will be made including return postage.
If items are returned due to a 'change of mind' return postage will be at the buyers expense and the items must returned in the condition they were originally dispatched.
For overseas deliveries all original paperwork must be included for re importation to avoid an import charge.
